If your account is registered on the COM platform, then GDPR still applies. This is because the COM platform is operated by TSG Interactive Gaming Europe Limited, a company registered in Malta and subject to EU laws.
Your account falls under the data protection regulation. So, whenever you decide to stop using our services, after a period of 6 years, we will remove your personal data from our database and it will no longer be accessible by us.
