Withdrawal rejected: Additional security review needed

Your account may need to pass an additional security review prior to your withdrawal being processed.

To speed things up, please log into your Stars Account and upload a copy of a government-issued photo ID and a recent utility bill, if you have not done so already, by following the instructions below:

  1. Go to HelpContact Us
  2. In the pop-up screen that appears, select Account Security and Verifications and the Upload Documents sub-category
  3. Attach your documents
  4. Specify Withdrawal Issues in the Subject line
  5. Click Send
