No, we don't recommend using a proxy server or a VPN when accessing PokerStars services.

These technologies can block access to some or all of the features, including:

• Connecting to our servers
• Playing at poker tables
• Making deposits

 

What should I do if I have issues after connecting without a VPN or proxy?

If you're not using a VPN or proxy server but are having issues with PokerStars services, contact Support and provide the following:

• A screenshot or description of the issue
• Log files from the PokerStars desktop software or mobile app
