What changed in the cash game lobby?

PokerStars has updated the cash game lobby and how players join tables.

At certain stakes:

• You no longer choose a specific table or seat
• The lobby shows one entry per stake
• Players are placed automatically at a table

 

How do I join a cash game after the update?

When you join a game at affected stakes:

• You are automatically placed at a table
• You do not need to select a table or seat

 

Which games and stakes use automatic seating? (H2)

The update applies to the following:

• No Limit Hold’em: up to and including $1/$2
• Pot Limit Omaha (4, 5, 6 card): up to and including $1/$2
• Other No Limit and Pot Limit games: up to and including $1/$2
• Fixed Limit Hold’em, Omaha, Draw, Badugi: up to and including $1/$3
• Fixed Limit Stud, Razz: up to and including $3/$6
• 6+ Hold’em: up to and including $2 ante

 

What happens at higher stakes?

At higher stakes, table and seat selection remain available.
