GamersCard and GamersWallet deposits and Withdrawals: Information, limits, top up, deposit and withdrawal instructions

GamersCard is a physical prepaid Mastercard you can use use on PokerStars to deposit and withdraw funds. You can get your GamersCard here.

GamersWallet is an electronic wallet that generates a virtual prepaid card. This allows you to deposit using our GamersCard option without the need of a physical card. You can set up your GamersWallet here.

How to top up your GamersCard?

Here's how you can top up your GamersCard:

• In stores and accredited markets such as Extra and Pão de Açúcar, using your debit or credit card:
  • Just provide your GamersCard at the cashier for the barcode to be scanned.
  • After you make the payment, it will take 1 business day for the funds to be credited to your GamersCard.
• Using Boleto Bancário:
  1. Log into your account on their website.
  2. Select 'Top up my card'.
  3. Choose 'Boleto Bancário'.
  4. Enter the desired amount.
  5. Choose 'Generate a Boleto'.
  6. Review the Boleto and print it.

After you pay your Boleto, it will take 2 business days for the funds to be credited to your GamersCard. There is a GamersCard fee of BRL 3.00 per top-up.

How to top up your GamersWallet?

You can top up your GamersWallet with PIX, TED or Bank Transfer. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Log into your account on their website:
2. Select 'Deposit'
3. Enter the amount you want to deposit and press 'Continue'.
4. Select the bank account you want to use or hit 'Register new bank account' if you want to add a new one.
5. Choose the payment method: PIX, TED or bank transfer.
6. Use the PIX key or the bank details that appear to complete your deposit.

What are the top-up limits?

Here are the top-up limits for GamersCard and Gamers Wallet:

• Minimum limit per transaction: BRL 10
• Maximum limit per transaction: BRL 1,000
• Daily limit: BRL 1,000
• Monthly limit: BRL 5,000

If you have more than one card or one wallet under your CPF, be aware that these limits will apply to your CPF and not to each specific card.

How to deposit funds into your user account?

To deposit with your GamersCard or GamersWallet, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account and go to the 'Cashier'. If you're on our website or using our mobile app:
   
2. Press 'Deposit' and select 'GamersCard' from the list of available methods.
3. Enter your GamersCard/GamersWallet number, expiry date, CVN code, and password.
4. Choose one of the suggested deposit amounts or enter a different one in the field.
5. Enter a deposit bonus code (if available).
6. Press the green button to submit your request.

You'll have the funds credited immediately to your user account.

How to withdraw funds into your GamersCard account?

To request a withdrawal to your GamersCard or GamersWallet, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account and go to the 'Cashier'. If you're on our website or using our mobile app:
   
2. Hit 'Withdraw'.
3. If you do not have any pending automatic withdrawals, choose 'GamersCard' from the list of available options.
4. Enter your withdrawal amount in USD and confirm the transaction.

GamersCard will then check the status of your account, as well as your available internal load and balance limits with them. This is what happens next, depending on your limits:

• If your account is active and your limits are not exceeded, your card will receive the funds automatically.
• If your withdrawal amount exceeds your limits, you'll receive as much funds as your limits allow. The remaining amount will go to the bank account registered on your GamersCard account. If you haven't registered any bank details yet, GamersCard will contact you and request that information. Once provided, they'll credit the remaining amount to your bank account.
