INSTADEBIT: Returned deposits

If we are unable to debit a deposit from your INSTADEBIT eWallet, the following will occur:

• The transaction will be returned to INSTADEBIT.
• INSTADEBIT will automatically block your account with them.
• The funds initially credited to your account will be automatically debited from your balance.

If the return results in a negative figure, you can repay it with any of the deposit options in the Cashier or by receiving a transfer from another player.

Once you bring your account balance up to at least $0.00, reach out to us so we can notify INSTADEBIT to unblock your account.
