STARS TRANSFER transactions are converted to USD directly by our third-party processor using the exchange rates listed on the Get Exchange Rates website, plus a 3% spread to cover any potential fluctuations.
These rates are updated every 5 minutes and they may also sometimes differ from those used by us on other payment methods.
