What is Payz?

Payz is a prepaid online account that allows you to make online payments. You can use Payz for both deposits and withdrawals.

Creating a Payz account is a very simple and quick process. You only need to register a few personal details such as email, name and address. How do I deposit with Payz?

3. Pick one of the suggested deposit amounts or type a different one in the field.
4. Enter a deposit bonus code, if you have one.
5. Press the green button to continue.
6. You'll be redirected to the Payz website.
7. Log in to your Payz account to complete your payment.

We'll credit the funds to your PokerStars account as soon as the transaction is approved.

How do I withdraw using Payz?

To withdraw funds to your Payz account, follow these steps:

1. Go to the 'Cashier'. If you're using our website or mobile app:

4. In the next screen, you'll see:
• Any pending automatic withdrawals you may have.

It can take up to 72 hours for us to process your withdrawal request from the moment you submit it. Once the request is approved, the funds will be credited to your Payz account immediately.

Why can't I deposit?

Here are some of the most common reasons for a failed Payz deposit:

• The information entered was incorrect. Double-check your details and try again.
• You haven’t created a Payz account yet. Confirm that your account was created successfully and that it is active.
• Insufficient funds in your Payz account. Make sure there are enough funds to cover the transaction.
• The transaction wasn’t completed in time. Do not close the browser window until the transaction is completed.
• Temporary connection problems. Wait a few hours and try again.
