This is because the COM platform is operated by TSG Interactive Gaming Europe Limited, a company registered in Malta and subject to EU laws.

How long will you keep my personal data?

Your account falls under the data protection regulation.

When you decide to stop using our services, we will keep your personal data for 6 years.

After this period, your data will be removed from our database and will no longer be accessible to us.
