If your Blackjack game times out, the game remains open for up to 24 hours after it starts.

If you do not return within 24 hours, the software automatically completes the game using the best available strategy.

 

What happens if a multi-player Blackjack hand times out?

If a multi-player Blackjack hand times out, the software continues to play on your behalf.

The system makes the best available decisions until:

• You return to the game, or
• The game ends

 

What happens if a Roulette game times out?

If your Roulette game times out after placing a bet, the game automatically completes.

 

How can I check my Casino game history?

You can check your Casino game history in your account, including incomplete games.
