What are Star Codes?

Star Codes let you opt in to promotional offers.

You can use them to receive:

• Bonuses
• Tournament tickets
• Other promotional rewards

Star Codes are different from bonus codes. They usually do not require a deposit.

Each Star Code has its own rules. A code may be reusable or single-use and may also have an expiry date.

Getting Star Codes

How do I get a Star Code?

You may receive Star Codes through:

• Email
• SMS
• In-app messages

To receive these offers, promotional messages must be enabled.

How do I enable promotional messages on desktop?

2. Select ‘Global’
3. Select ‘Communication Preferences’

Using Star Codes

How do I activate a Star Code?

You activate a Star Code by entering it in the Star Code tool.

This links the promotion to your account.

How do I open the Star Code tool on desktop?

1. Open ‘Tools’
2. Select ‘Star Code’
3. Enter the Star Code
4. Select ‘Next’

What happens after I use a Star Code?

A confirmation message appears after the Star Code is accepted.

This confirms that the promotion is active.

Processing may take a short time. Do not enter the Star Code again while it is processing.

If the confirmation does not appear, contact Support for help or manual verification.

How do I use Star Codes?

You use Star Codes by entering them once per eligible offer.

Each Code follows the rules defined by the promotion.

How do I view the Star Code rewards?

You view the active rewards from the 'Promotions' page.
