How do I check if funds are owed?

Owed funds will not appear as completed transactions in your account history.

To check your recent transactions:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Open the ‘Cashier’.
3. Select History to view recent transactions.

Can I check the owed funds using my bank statement?

Yes. You can check your bank statement.

If funds are owed, the amount will not have been debited from your bank account.

What should I do if the funds were debited?

If the funds were debited from your bank account:

• Take a scanned copy of the bank statement showing the debit.
• Email the scanned copy to the Support team for review.
