How long do sports bet settlements take?

Most bets settle within one hour of the official result.

Some bets may take longer to settle if the official results are delayed. Bets are only settled once the official result is available.

 

What should I do if my bet remains unsettled?

If more than an hour has passed since the official result, contact Support and provide your BetID.

We will check and settle your bet manually if needed.

 

What is a BetID?

A BetID is the unique identification number assigned to a sports bet.

It appears on the bet slip and in betting history. It shows as a long number that typically starts with 2.

 

How can I find the BetID in betting history?

 

Why is my bet settled but my balance has not updated?

After a bet is settled, the account balance may take 15–20 minutes to update.

Updates may take longer during busy periods.

Log out and log back in to refresh your balance.

Contact Support if the balance still does not update.

 

Can I cancel a sports bet?

No. Once a bet is placed, confirmed, and accepted, it cannot be cancelled.

 

When can a sports bet be voided?

A sports bet may be voided in situations defined in the Sports Rules.

Common reasons include:

• Results errors
• Market settlement errors
• Event abandonments
• Event cancellation
• Event postponement

The Trading team determines whether a bet is voided.

What happens when a bet is void?

A void bet is settled at odds of 1.0 and the stake is returned. It does not count as a win or loss.

 

What happens when a void bet is part of a multiple bet?

A void selection in a multiple bet is settled at odds of 1.0.

The remaining selections in the multiple bet stay active. The total payout is calculated using the remaining odds.

Example:

odds of selection one × odds of selection two × 1.0

 

What happens to bets if a tennis match does not finish?

If a tennis match is not completed or a player retires, all bets are void.

All stakes are returned.

 

When are bets still valid if a tennis match does not finish?

A tennis bet remains valid if the outcome of the market is already determined before the match ends or a player retires.

Example:
A bet on the Set 1 Winner is paid if the first set is completed, even if the match does not finish.

 

What are the official tennis rules for void bets?

The official tennis rules state:

"In the event of retirement, disqualification, or change of surface mid-match, bets will be void unless there is no conceivable way the set and/or match could be played to its natural conclusion without unconditionally determining the result of that market."

Example:

• If a player enters as a substitute, the bet remains valid.

 

When is an individual player bet voided?

An individual player bet is voided if the selected player does not participate in the match.

A player is considered non-participating if the player does not start the match and does not enter the match as a substitute.

The stake is returned.

 

What counts as normal time in player markets?

Normal time includes 90 minutes plus injury time.

Extra time and penalties are not included unless the market states otherwise.
