How do I join PokerStars Rewards?

PokerStars Rewards is free to join.

You can opt in directly through the PokerStars Rewards widget in the Promotions & Rewards hub.

 

How do I opt in to PokerStars Rewards?

You can opt in using one of the following options:

 

Through the PokerStars Rewards widget

1. Open the Promotions & Rewards hub
2. Select the PokerStars Rewards widget
3. Select Start

 

From the lobby (shortcuts)

Depending on your platform, you may also see shortcuts:

• Select the Start icon in the lobby header to opt in instantly
• Select the Chest icon to open the PokerStars Rewards widget

 

What happens after I opt in to PokerStars Rewards?

Once you have opted in, you immediately begin earning rewards through real money poker play on PokerStars.

Can I opt out of PokerStars Rewards?

You cannot opt out directly once you have joined.

However, you can contact Support to request deactivation of the program.

On desktop, you can also hide the Chest icon in the lobby header using the toggle arrow.

 

I forgot to opt in to PokerStars Rewards. What can I do?

If you didn’t opt in, you can contact Support to request manual enrolment.

• Rewards start from the time you are enrolled
• Rewards cannot be applied retroactively
