Star Codes activation

To activate a Star Code, if you have one, log in to your Stars Account and follow these instructions:

• Desktop: Go to Tools → Select Star Code
• Web app: Go to Account → Scroll to Settings → Select Star Code
• Android app: Open the menu of our app and select Settings & Tools → Account → Enter Star Code
• iOS app: Get in touch with our Support team to obtain a special activation link

Once you have entered the Star Code, you should receive a pop-up message with a confirmation within a few minutes. If it takes longer, please be patient and do not enter the code again. When the system is particularly busy, it may take slightly longer to process.
