Not receiving emails from PokerStars

Why am I not receiving emails from PokerStars?

Emails may be filtered by your email provider or blocked by your settings.

First, check your junk or spam folder for emails from PokerStars.

If you find one:

  • Open the email
  • Select ‘Report not spam’ or a similar option

Your email provider may also move emails to other folders. Check all folders and move the email to your main inbox if needed.

 

What else can I try if I don’t receive emails?

Try the following steps:

  • Add the PokerStars email address to your contacts or address book
  • Check your email filtering rules
  • Review your mail settings if you use a third-party email app

 

What can I do if the issue continues?

If you still don’t receive our emails, try using a different email address, such as Gmail or Yahoo.
