Where can I play for real money in the US?

You can play for real money in the US only if you are physically located in:

• New Jersey
• Pennsylvania
• Michigan

The rule applies to all players, regardless of citizenship or residency.

 

What happens if I am outside of those states?

If you are outside of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Michigan, you can only access Play Money games.

If you are in Washington state, Play Money games are not available.

 

Can I, as a non‑US citizen, use real money services while visiting the US?

No. If you are a non-US citizen visiting the United States or any US territory, you can't use real money services.

Attempts to bypass these restrictions may result in:

• Account closure
• Seizure of funds

These actions are required under US regulations.

 

How do I get back my funds from an old account?

If you had a real money account before April 15, 2011, you can request your funds.

Contact Support to begin the process.

After verification, any available funds will be sent to your selected payment method.

 

How do I claim funds from an old Full Tilt account?

If you had a Full Tilt account before April 15, 2011, you must contact the US Department of Justice.

The US Department of Justice manages all Full Tilt remission processes and holds historical account data.

We cannot:

• Provide information about past deposits or withdrawals
• Comment on claim status or processes
