When is a Visa card eligible for withdrawals on PokerStars?

Why can’t I withdraw to my Visa card?

A Visa card is eligible only if all of the following apply:

• You made a deposit with the card in the last 12 months
• Otherwise, the card is removed from withdrawal options
• The card is valid and not expiring this month
• Expired or soon-to-expire cards are not eligible
• The card supports Cardholder Fund Transfers (CFT)
• Your bank must allow withdrawals back to the card
• The withdrawal amount is at least USD 100 (or equivalent)
• Lower amounts will not activate the option

If any of these conditions are not met, the card will not appear.

 

Why can’t I see the correct Visa card for withdrawal?

This is usually due to how cards are displayed in the Cashier.

• Cards are shown based on the most recent deposit
• The last card used appears first
• Other eligible cards may still be available

 

How do I find the correct Visa card in the Cashier?

1. Open the 'Cashier'.
2. View all available withdrawal cards, not just the first one shown.
3. Check each Visa card to see which ones are eligible.
