What is game manipulation?

Game manipulation is any attempt to gain an unfair advantage over other players.

We don't allow this and will take action against any account involved.

 

Types of prohibited unfair play

What are collusion and chip dumping?

• Collusion: Two or more players share information to gain an unfair advantage
• Chip dumping: A player intentionally transfers chips to another player

Both practices are strictly prohibited.

 

What are the rules on staking and profit sharing?

Players with staking, profit, or bankroll-sharing agreements must not play at the same table.

This applies to:

• Cash games
• Sit & Go tournaments with up to 48 players

How do we detect unfair play?

We use advanced software to monitor gameplay and detect suspicious activity.

If we find evidence of rule violations, we take action.

 

How can I report suspicious activity?

If you notice anything unusual, report it with as much detail as possible.

• The usernames involved.
• Hand histories or hand IDs.
• Suspicious chat messages.
• Table or tournament IDs.
