The following are the rules (“Rules”) of the ‘Spraggy New Year promotion (the “Promotion”) taking place on our GUI software client (the “Client”) or any of our participating websites or any downloadable apps for our games.

Any entrant (“Entrant” / “you”/ “your”) who wishes to participate in this promotion hereby agrees to: (i) these rules; and (ii) the general terms and conditions for promotions (collectively, the “Terms & Conditions”) and agrees to be unconditionally bound by them.

1. Details of Promotion

1.1 This promotion will take place from December 31, 2021 until January 10, 2022 (“Promotion Period”).
1.2 You must be over 18 years of age.
1.3 You must have a real-money eligible registered account with us on any of the following licenses: .COM, .EU, .UK but excluding the countries Czech Republic and Greece.

There are three parts to this promotion as follows;

PART A
1.4. You must have a Twitch account which you will need to link to your PokerStars account.

PART B
1.5 Provided you have linked your Twitch and PokerStars account, you will be able to opt-in to a series of challenges on the Client (“Challenges”) for which you must complete at least 9 (nine) out of a total of 12 (twelve).
1.6 Challenges will be available starting at 05:00 ET on the December 31, 2021 until 23:59 on the January 10, 2022 and are as follows:

• Win a cash game hand all-in at showdown
• Win two hands with TT
• Play 5 Kick Off games.
• Play 20 cash hands (NL5+)
• Play three PLO SnGs
• Play 7 MTTs
• Collect 10 bounties
• Win a hand of PLO cash with a flush or better
• Play a Winter Series MTT
• Play 20 hands of Tempest (any buy-in)
• Spin a 5x multiplier SAG
• Play 20 hands of 6+

1.7 Once you complete 9 (nine) Challenges, you will be awarded a chest which contains a ticket that will allow you to register into a Freeroll Tournament, the details of which are set out in Clause 1.8 below (“Freeroll Tournament”).

PART C
1.8 The Freeroll Tournament for the prizes set out in Clause 2 below will take place on January 15, 2022 at 13:00 ET.

2. Prizes

1^st: 1 x Platinum Pass
2^nd: 12 x $109 Tickets
3^rd -50^th: $109 Ticket
51^st -150^th : $11 Ticket

2.2 All tickets awarded will be credited to the players accounts automatically upon completion of the Freeroll Tournament. These tickets can then be used to buy into any PokerStars MTT that is offered at the appropriate buy in level.

3. Miscellaneous

3.1 All prizes that form part of this promotion cannot be assigned or transferred.
