It’s only a few days now until the European Poker Tour’s long awaited return. The billionaire’s playground of Monaco will once again host EPT Monte Carlo–an 11-day festival featuring the best poker action on the planet, alongside a host of off-the-table activities to turn the poker trip into a full vacation experience.

Here’s a list of what’s on offer to players and their guests for the event, which runs from April 30 through May 10, 2025.

EPT MONTE CARLO ACTIVITIES

Daily Wellness Activities: May 2-7

Mental wellbeing is crucial to success in any field, and the world’s leading poker pros give this area almost as much importance as their study of solver outputs. In Monte Carlo, everyone is invited to get their day off to the best possible start as PokerStars is hosting daily running and walking clubs, and mindset/breathwork sessions. It’s a great way to ensure players bring their A-games to the tables.

Supercar Rides: May 1-9

No trip to Monaco is complete without touring the Grand Prix track and there’s no better way to do it than from behind the wheel of an Aston Martin or Ferrari. PokerStars invites players and their guests to sign up for the ride of their lives, either taking control of the super car themselves (if they have a driving licence!) or from the passenger seat.

Padel American Style Tournament: May 3

It’s supposed to be fun (and it usually is!) but it’s also always highly competitive as player take to the padel courts. Join the tournament and play for some great prizes, including PokerStars merch and a mini Spadie trophy.

There are many ways that Monte Carlo is unique, but for plenty of poker players the most delicious is the ever-popular food stalls that set up outside the Sporting club for the EPT. There are mouthwatering smoothies and pancakes available every day, entirely free of charge.

Happy Hours: May 2, 5, 7, 9

Monte Carlo is expensive. It’s something we can’t avoid and can’t deny. But PokerStars is one of the best drinking buddies you can possibly have, laying on Happy Hour in the PokerStars Players Lounge on four nights during the EPT festival. Come along to enjoy some (responsible) drinks, unwind, and save yourself a fortune…

Silver Pass Winners Meet-Up: May 1

Anyone on their way to Monte Carlo having won a Silver Pass in the PokerStars Power Path is already assured a fantastic week. The EPT Players Party is always unmissable, and in Monte Carlo it’s even better than most. The location is the stunning Mediterranean Garden outside the Sporting Club, with spectacular views across Monte Carlo Bay.
