Felix Schneiders is making a habit of this.

Much to the delight of thousands of fans watching along on xflixx’s “GRND on Tour” Twitch stream, the German poker talent is making yet another deep run at an EPT Main Event.

Heading into Day 4 in Paris today, Schneiders is sitting fifth of 49 remaining in this 1,474-strong field, and once again he’s the last player in the PokerStars family involved in the tournament.

This should not really come as a surprise. After Schneiders played for several years on the EPT without notable success, he has more recently been making the absolute most of his additional coaching and studying with a succession of great showings on this flagship European tour.

Just look at his results.

FELIX SCHNEIDERS EPT MAIN EVENT RESULTS

February 2026 – EPT Paris – currently 5th of 49 remaining
October 2025 – EPT Malta – 48th (€14,650)
October 2024 – EPT Cyprus – 103rd ($12,020)
April 2024 – EPT Monte Carlo – 109th (€11,500)

Felix Schneiders remains a highly sociable presence at the tables

Schneiders cashed for the first time in an EPT Main Event in Monte Carlo in April 2024. His 109th place earned him €11,500.

A few months later, he was in the money again at EPT Cyprus, where he finished a few places better, in 103rd. Late last year, Schneiders cracked the top 50 in an EPT Main Event for the first time, when he edged into 48th place in Malta, landing a €14,650 prize.

And now, here in Paris, his stack of 1,725,000 is 115 big blinds returning to play the remainder of Level 21. Schneiders has locked up a minimum €19,800, which is already his biggest EPT Main Event payout.

He can have serious designs on even more.

A TRUE INSPIRATIONAL GRINDER

Schneiders has gradually progressed from the microstakes to the EPT

Apart from the fact that he’s just an all-round good guy, there are two further reasons this run is so exciting for Schneiders.

Firstly, his poker journey should be inspirational for all grinders taking tentative first steps in the game. By his own admission, Schneiders is a low-stakes grinder who began playing for tiny amounts, purely for recreational purposes.

In that, he is similar to the vast majority of poker players the world over, for whom this game is a bit of fun, not to be taken too seriously, with the emphasis on affordable enjoyment, rather than bank-breaking risk.

But his focus and discipline has enabled him steadily to improve his game. He has put the hours in. He knows that poker is a skill game, and that those skills can be honed. It’s allowed him to feel increasingly comfortable at the tables, more certain in his decision-making, with his achievements clearly following as a result.

All along the way, he remains relaxed and personable, the kind of player you want at your table (even if he’s increasingly likely to take your chips).

WATCHING EVERY MOVE

The GRND on Tour cameras follow everything Schneiders is doing

The second reason that Schneiders’ success is so exciting is because of the access he gives to poker fans. Having built a large and dedicated following while streaming his online poker play, Schneiders these days takes his GRND on Tour crew wherever he goes. They film his every move, whether he’s on the feature table or in the outer field, with regular updates from the man himself.

This is as close as it gets on the EPT to the kind of poker vlogging that has made superstars of the likes of Brad Owen, Mariano Grandoli and Ethan “Rampage” Yau. But while those focus on polished and edited reviews of their poker sessions, Schneiders’ is more raw. It shows the warts-and-all action of what’s happening there and then on the EPT.

The commentary is in German, but the action is in the international language of poker. And it can be thrilling to watch every single thing that happens to one player. Yesterday, for example, Schneiders dragged in huge pots against Olivier Fazio and Enrico Coppola, among others. Dedicated stream viewers saw it all.

That pushed his stack over a million and then over 1.5 million, and into the top 10.

There’s a good chance Schneiders will find himself on the feature table for long periods today. But even if he isn’t, you should head to the GRND on Tour page to watch more.

Schneiders’ best ever poker result was his 40th place finish in the 2019 PokerStars Players Championship (PSPC) in the Bahamas, where he won $69,100. By the end of this week, he could have a new high mark.
