Here’s what you need to do:

What is being offered

Players who take part in the Haunted House offer can claim a daily Level 1 ticket to the Haunted House mini game and an additional Level 1 ticket for completing a daily Casino challenge, as specified below.

The Haunted House mini game has up to three levels. On each level players will be asked to select one out of either three or six vaults. Playing at Level 1, players can win a ticket to the $50K Haunted House Prize Draw, Free Spins or a ticket to the next level. Level 2 offers a chance to win higher value prizes, including Casino Instant Bonuses or a ticket to the final level. At Level 3 players can win a cash prize of up to $1,000.

Each outcome is determined according to the applicable level prize probability table. Advancement to another level and a cash prize are not guaranteed.

When is the offer being conducted

This offer runs from 11:00 BST on October 19 until 23:59 GMT on November 1, 2026.

Who is eligible to take part and how can you qualify

The offer is open to any player who holds an active and verified real-money account with PokerStars and has made at least one real money deposit since registration. Players who have had restrictions placed on their account during the offer period may not be eligible to participate.

To take part in the offer and have their progress measured, players must first opt-in via the Challenges Window. Only one opt-in is required for the duration of the offer. Any Casino games played prior to opting in will not count towards the progress for this offer.

Once opted in, players will receive one Level 1 ticket for the Haunted House mini game each day they login to their Stars Account during the offer period.

Players can claim an additional Level 1 ticket per day when they complete a daily Casino challenge. Challenge progress resets at the end of each daily period.

Level 1 tickets are limited to 1 per player per day, i.e. one upon login and one for completing a daily Casino challenge.

Wagering requirements and limitations by type of game

Full details about the wagering requirements and eligible games to complete each daily Casino Challenge can be found in the Challenges Window.

Players can only complete each daily Casino challenge once per day.

Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 tickets can only be used to play Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 Haunted House mini game respectively. Tickets will expire 24 hours following ticket issuance. Any unused tickets after that time will be lost.

Level 1, 2 & 3 Haunted House mini game will award prizes as specified in your Challenges Window.

Prizes will be credited to player’s Stars Account immediately after completion of each Haunted House mini game level.

The Haunted House Prize Draw will take place on November 2, 2026 at 10:00 GMT.

Prizes will be awarded as follows:

All prizes from the $50K Haunted House Prize Draw will be credited inside a Chest. Players will need to open their Chest to claim the prize. Unopened Chests expire 72 hours after being credited.

Cash prizes awarded as part of this offer don't carry any wagering requirements and can be used in any games.

Free Spins won for playing the Haunted House mini game and the $50K haunted House Prize Draw, can only be used on selected slots, as specified in your Challenges Window and may not be exchanged for cash or Free Spins on other games.

Winnings from Free Spins will be paid once all spins have been played and be awarded as cash. Free Spins will expire 72 hours after being credited. Upon expiry, all remaining spins and pending winnings will be lost.

Casino Instant Bonus won as part of this offer can be used to play any slot games. Players must earn 1 redemption points per $1 of Casino Instant Bonus awarded before the bonus expires. Upon fulfilling the wagering requirements, the winnings resulting from playing with said bonus can be withdrawn.

When placing a wager, funds will be taken from the currently available Casino Instant Bonus balance first (if it has been brought to the game), and from the currently available real money balance second.

Any winnings derived from stakes placed from using Casino Instant Bonuses are considered part of the bonus until the required redemption points to convert the bonus to cash have been earned. As soon as players have earned the redemption points required, the Casino Instant Bonus balance will be converted to real money and credited to their account instantly once all game sessions have been exited.

Casino Instant Bonus (and any winnings derived from stakes placed using the bonus) will expire 7 days from issue if the wagering requirements are not fully met.
