“jacko111222” takes down two-day Sunday Million
This week’s Sunday Million was the first of its kind, with a $109 buy-in and $2 million guaranteed. The total prize pool reached over $3.1 million from 31,356 entries.
UK player “jacko111222” emerged as the winner after two days of dramatic play. They earned an epic $199,128 for first place following a four way split on the final table.
“BigFudge95” from Austria, “pavers88” from the UK, and “Lord_Sultan” from Germany were involved in the deal. All three of these players have had modest MTT wins before, with this final table result representing easily their biggest scores.
Lord_Sultan earned the most from the split. They went on to finish in fourth, still taking $162,023 for their result. pavers88 finished third, earning $130k, and BigFudge95 came second for a total of $116,384.

Jens “Fresh_oO_D” Lakemeier finished second in the BSOP Main Event
The BSOP Main Event smashed its guarantee to reach a total prize pool of $514,400 from 2,572 entries.
Though many of the entrants were Brazilian, the series was open to players all around the world. It was Russian player “AxelwOw~” who eventually claimed first place. They add $75,238 to their poker winnings, along with a coveted BSOP bracelet.
German pro Jens “Fresh_oO_D” Lakemeier, a COOP winner and regular in our High Roller Club, came second for $53,631. “TsutsumiJr7” was the top Brazilian finisher. They came third for $38,230.

Conor “1_conor_b_1” Beresford wins HRS Main Event II
The second $5,200 Main Event of the High Roller Series kicked off on Sunday. The prize pool reached over $2.1 million from 422 entries. The tournament had 16 players left at the end of Day 2.

A tough field of elite pros remained, including “alberto.m7”, Laszlo “omaha4rollz” Bujtas, Luke “Bit2Easy” Reeves and Niklas “Lena900” Astedt, among others. It was always sure to be a technically handsome final table.
After the hardcore focus and attention that high stakes three-day events like this demand, Conor “1_conor_b_1” Beresford, one of the top ranked players in the world, claimed first place. He adds the absolutely huge sum of $378,204 to his lifetime winnings.
