Exciting news emerging from Brazil this weekend: the BSOP Millions, sponsored by PokerStars, in São Paulo this November will also now include the first-ever high stakes tournament series to held in Latin America, including a $100,000 buy-in Super High Roller event.
The BSOP is already long-established as the leading poker tour in Brazil, and the addition of a high-stakes series, featuring seven events with buy-ins of $10,000 and up, will take the excitement up another notch.
It will be the highest buy-in poker tournament in Brazilian poker history, and offers the perfect opportunity for the elite of the world game to sample the incredible passion Brazilians have for poker.
“We’re so excited to add these super high roller events to the BSOP Millions schedule,” said Rafa Moraes, CEO of the Brazil Series of Poker (BSOP). “As fans of the game know already, poker in Brazil is already incredibly popular and these events will take it to a whole new level. It’s going to be incredible to welcome the highest-rolling poker elite to São Paulo and show the world how much Brazilians love the game.”

MAKING THE MASSIVE BSOP EVEN BIGGER
The BSOP Millions is the final event in a year of action on the BSOP. The dates — November 14-29, 2025 — and the location — the Golden Hall of the Sheraton WTC in São Paulo — were long established. But the Super High Roller Series announcement is very new.
The series has a very clear goal: a global high stakes experience in Brazil. It’s arguably the country with the most enthusiasm in the world for poker.
It begins with a $10,000 SHR Invitational on November 14 and also includes multi-day tournaments with buy-ins of $20,000, $30,000, $50,000 and $100,000. There are also Single Day events with buy-ins of $10,000 and $20,000.
The same venue will also host the return of the BSOP Championship, which will boast the largest guaranteed prize pool in the history of Brazilian poker. The $6,000 buy-in tournament will have a prize pool of at least $4 million, with a minimum $800,000 guaranteed for the winner.
