The Spring Championship of Online Poker 2025 is over! Here, you’ll find all the news and results from SCOOP 2025.

SERIES WRAP-UP

TUESDAY, JUNE 3

That’s a wrap on SCOOP 2025! And what a series it’s been.

We saw seismic shifts on SCOOP’s all-time title list, with Simon “C. Darwin2” Mattsson cementing himself as the Spring Championship’s GOAT. The Swede won five titles this year, taking his total tally up to 14 (and with multiple runner-up finishes, it could have been a lot more).

Two players won four titles this year – Renan “Internett93o” Bruschi and another player, who we’ll get to in a minute, as they picked up their fourth only last night.

PokerStars Ambassador Parker “tonkaaaa” Talbot added two trophies to his collection, taking him to three for his career. But he wasn’t the only Red Spade to triumph in 2025. Sebastian “peace&loove” Huber binked his maiden SCOOP title too.

Brazil outdid itself once again, smashing its previous series record of 89 titles (2023) to finish with 101 titles overall.

You’ll find a wrap-up of Monday’s final-day action below, then check out the final stats, countries leader board, multiple champions list, full results table, and Player of the Series result below.

TWO IN TWO NIGHTS FOR ŽERJAV

Blaz “Scarmak3r” Zerjav

It took longer than expected for Blaž “Scarmak3er” Žerjav to jot his name on the winner’s sheet this year, but he’s now picked up two titles in consecutive nights.

The Slovenian clinched his sixth career SCOOP in the $530 Deep Stacks (#125-H) for $37,821. The event had 422 entries and ended with a heads-up battle between Žerjav and Daniel “SmilleThHero” Smiljkovic.

Žerjav’s last-gasp success no doubt contributed to Team Peace&loove locking up the win in the SCOOP League.

FOUR FOR FAL1ST

“FAL1st” has now tied Renan “Internett93o” Bruschi on four wins in 2025, and moves up to nine SCOOP titles for their career. The latest victory came in the $109 Stud (#129-M), where the Thailand-based Russian topped 139 entries to win $3,164.

FAL1st’s 9 SCOOP titles:

2025 – 128-M: $109 Stud – $3,164

OTHER NOTABLES

Prebben “prebz” Stokkan collected the largest prize on SCOOP’s final night, banking $27,863 plus $36,035 in bounties for winning the $1K PKO Wrap-Up (#126-H). Stokkan – originally from Norway but now living in the UK – bested the 342-entry field and now has four SCOOP titles overall.

In the $109 edition of that event, SCOOP League captain Kelvin “Kelvin FP:AR” Kerber came ever-so-close to capturing his 10th career title. Alas, it was Romania’s “robertscom” who got the win and second title of the year, banking $18,483 and $12,082 in bounties. Kerber’s runner-up finish was worth $24,012 total.

“zidix” of Bulgaria also became a double champion in 2025 with victory in the $530 Stud (#129-H), banking $9,809. Their first came in a $55 HORSE event.

Gleb “Ti0373” Tremzin took down the final event of the series, winning the $530 Turbo Mystery (#130-H) for $13,343 and $14,095 in bounty prizes. This is Tremzin’s second title, following a $1K 6-Max win in 2023.

First of the year for Žerjav and Shakerchi

MONDAY, JUNE 2

Try not well up, but it’s the final day of SCOOP. Here are the headlines from the final weekend of this epic series.

Blaž “Scarmak3er” Žerjav picked up his fifth SCOOP title and first of the year on Saturday, overcoming 510 entries in the $215 Turbo Mystery Cooldown (#118-H) for $7,854 and a very healthy $14,696 in bounty prizes. Albania’s series sensation “king153246” finished third, while Sweden’s “flerrehuve” placed fifth.

Žerjav – a member of Team Peace&loove in the SCOOP League – won two titles in 2023 and did the double again in 2024.

Talal “raidalot” Shakerchi went one better, claiming his sixth career title – also his first of 2025. It came in the $109 HORSE PKO (#114-M) where he topped a 233-entry field to win $1,952 plus $1,895 in bounties. This is Shakerchi’s second HORSE title, but nowhere near his biggest cash. That came in 2016 when he took down the $10K Main Event for a staggering $1,468,001.

THREE FTS FOR TONKAAAA

Parker “tonkaaaa” Talbot didn’t let defeat in the SCOOP League stop him from putting in the weekend work, making three final tables.

The first came on Saturday when Talbot finished fourth in the 90-entry $530 NLO8 (#116-H) for $5,407. Austria’s “Keep3r” was victorious, defeating Jussi “calvin7v” Nevanlinna heads-up to bank $11,948.

He then finished third in the $530 HORSE PKO (#114-H) for $2,146 and $687 in bounties. Austria’s “Dosenpfand” won it for $4,139 and a bounty haul of $5,781, beating Jerry “Perrymejsen” Odeen heads-up.

Talbot was back at another final table on Sunday, this time in the $530 NLHE Turbo Mystery Bounty Series Saver (#123-H). Once again, he’d finish fourth for $6,323 plus $11,611 in bounties. “MezuuUuut” of the UK topped the 356-entry event to win $14,164 and $19,690 in bounties.

OTHER NOTABLES

Two Austrian players won their second titles of the year over the weekend. “Razer2311” added a $109 6-Max Turbo (#117-M) title to the $109 7-Max PKO title they won earlier this series, banking $16,864, while “Ac-King00” won the $22 HORSE PKO (#114-L) for $2,179, having already won a $109 HORSE event.

Austria’s “armin1912” took down their maiden SCOOP title and one of the biggest prizes of the weekend on Saturday. They defeated 255 entries in the $1K Bounty Builder HR (#115-H) to win $21,572, collecting $26,916 in bounties along the way. EPT Cyprus 2023 champ Gilles “TaxationIsTheft” Simon finished second for $31,737 total.

Thailand’s “MinReraise” denied Simon “C. Darwin2” Mattsson his sixth title of the year in the $1K PKO Sunday Cooldown, grabbing their first title and $20,520, plus $24,711 in bounties. Mattsson had to settle for $26,035 for finishing runner-up in the 211-entry event.

TEAM PEACE&LOOVE WIN SCOOP LEAGUE BATTLE ROYALE

Sebastian Huber’s Team Peace&loove remain at the top of the SCOOP League, thanks in part to the 100 points “tecaoo” won them in the exclusive Battle Royale.

Just 77 of the 100 invitees registered, and it was the Brazilian who took down the Gold Pass worth $10,300, defeating “H4nH1ll” heads-up. For second, the UK-based player won a Silver Pass worth $2,500.

MATTSSON WINS RECORD-EXTENDING 14TH

FRIDAY, MAY 30

There’s no stopping Mattsson

We were beginning to think that maybe Simon “C. Darwin2” Mattsson had lost his touch.

An entire week went by without the Swede winning a SCOOP title, and all the poor guy had to show for himself in that time was a measly $205K score as runner-up in the Super High Roller, plus a bunch of other cashes. What a shame.

But on Thursday, Mattsson rose like Lazarus from his epic slump to win his fifth–yes, fifth–SCOOP title of the year. Moreover, he extended his lead as SCOOP’s all-time title winner to 14, three more than his two closest competitors (Benny “RunGodlike” Glaser and Andre “Premove” Skvortsov).

His fifth title came in the $1K 5-Card PLO PKO ($107-H) for $10,878 plus $14,734 in bounties. The event had 97 entries, and he beat “tarantaleo” heads-up, while Talal “raidalot” Shakerchi finished third.

Mattsson is having a series for the ages, and it ain’t over yet.

OTHER NOTABLES

“HighRiskHReward” from Austria picked up their third title of the year (and third overall), completing the hat trick in the 150-entry $1K Turbo Copacabana (#110-H) for $31,485. The final table included Jonathan “Proudflop” Proudfoot, Leon “RUMUKULUS” Sturm, and Tomi “elmerixx” Brouk.

Brazil’s Daniel “dani aziz” Aziz picked up his first of the year in the $215 Turbo Copacabana for $25,521, topping 752 entries. Aziz now has three SCOOP wins, won over three consecutive years.

Four players also picked up the second SCOOP title of their careers. Brazil’s Luigi “Gofaziin26” Soncin won the $530 Deep Stacks (#106-H) for $33,453; Gediminas “Gedis92” Uselis of Lithuania won the $530 Supersonic PKO (#112-H) for $24,050 total;  “Michael Keys” of Chile won the $530 Mystery HR (#101-H) for $45,885 (including bounties); and “billionaaire” of Brazil won the $109 Mystery Cooldown (#111-M) for $14,738 total.

DAY OF CLOSE CALLS FOR POKERSTARS AMBASSADORS

The Red Spades put in a fine showing on Thursday.

Fintan “easywithaces” Hand came close to his fourth SCOOP title but finished 4th from 186 entries in the $1K PKO (#103-H) for $8,509 plus $4,500 in bounties. “whaleptt” of Belarus took it down, defeating Ole “wizowizo” Schemion heads-up to win $16,352 and a whopping $30,578 in bounties.

Sebastian “peace&loove” Huber was seeking his second of the year, but he also finished 4th from 1,758 entries in the $109 Mystery Cooldown (#111-M) for $4,420 plus $6,609 in bounties.

Benjamin “Spraggy” Spragg is hunting for his maiden SCOOP and came close in a couple of events. He finished 11th in the $530 Mystery Cooldown for $1,521 and picked up one of the five $7,500 bounty prizes on offer. He also placed 14th in $530 Deep Stacks (#106-H) for $2,239, an event with 366 entries.

WCOOP Main champ adds SCOOP Main title, two for Talbot

THURSDAY, MAY 29

Winning a World Championship of Online Poker (WCOOP) Main Event title would be the jewel in the crown of most online poker players. But not “stek94”.

The Brazilian player, who took down the $1K WCOOP Main Event for $441,809 in 2024, has now moved up to the highest echelon, winning the $5K SCOOP Main Event for $505,634 – his maiden SCOOP title.

The battle lasted four days as 679 entries were whittled down to a final table. Mark “AceSpades11” Radoja – last year’s runner-up – had to settle for third this time around, good for $309,952.

The heads-up battle was between stek94 and his copatriot “hellzito”. The two made a deal, after which stek94 extended their chip lead to the point where hellzito was down to 15 bigs. It all went in with A4, but stek94 hit a king with K9 to seal it. For second, hellzito banked $495,584.

Amazingly, stek94 has only three COOP titles since 2023 (two WCOOPs, one SCOOP), and two of them are Main Event wins. Sensational.

OTHER MAIN EVENTS

Over in the $1K Main, it was Germany’s “nic81411” who outlasted the 3,465-entry field and a final table that included Pedro “pm_marke” Marques, Ilya “Leqenden” Anatsky, and Preben “prebz” Stokkan. They collected $497,321 with no deal made, as well as their first SCOOP title.

Romania’s “c0rl30n3_89” fired five bullets in the $109 Main, and the fifth time was the charm. They won $173,351 after a three-way chop in the 20,110-entry event.

TWO FOR TALBOT

parker talbot

Parker Talbot wins a Badugi title

Parker “tonkaaaa” Talbot did the double on Wednesday, picking up his second title of the year (third overall) in the $530 Badugi (#102-H). It might have been a small event – 32 entries and a $16,000 prize pool – but that won’t matter to Talbot. He banked $6,701 and continues to prove he’s one of the game’s great all-rounders. Seven-time SCOOP champion Jussi “calvin7v” Nevanlinna finished runner-up in this one for $4,149.

OTHER NEWS

Andrey “Anjeyyy” Novak from Ukraine has now won a SCOOP title every year since 2020. Novak’s fifth victory came in the $1K Super Tuesday HR (#96-H) and earned him $51,155, having battled through a finale that included Audrius “Stakelis” Stakelis, Christian “WATnlos” Rudolph, and the aforementioned Anatsky (“Leqenden”).

A familiar name topped the $55 Super Tuesday: “king153246”. The mysterious Albanian-based player has sent shockwaves through the poker world (particularly amongst SCOOP League participants) with their incredibly consistent results across all variants, as well as their Player of the Series domination. This latest victory – King’s second of the year – was worth $22.704.

Finally, Péter “Belabacsi” Traply picked up his second title of the year (fifth overall) with victory in the $530 Turbo Fenomeno (#105-H), overcoming a 212-entry field for $20,686.

Bruschi wins fourth, Piekazewicz denies Astedt, #11 for ‘Premove’

WEDNESDAY, MAY 28

Bruschi and Piekazewicz

Renan “Internett93o” Bruschi picked up his fourth title of the year on Tuesday, tying Simon “C. Darwin2” Mattsson as the most decorated players of the series.

After a four-way deal, the Brazilian came out on top in the $1K PLO8 (#97-H) for $15,863. All of Bruschi’s 2025 titles have come in different poker variants (PLO, Razz, NLHE, and PLO8), and he now has six for his career.

His fellow Brazilian Alisson “heyalisson” Piekazewicz has turned his attention to live high rollers of late, but that didn’t stop him picking up his maiden SCOOP win in the $1K NLHE PKO (#91-H) for $19,341 plus $23,617 in bounties.

It was no easy task. Niklas “Lena900” Astedt finished runner-up out of 180 entries for $28,974 total, narrowly missing out on his 11th career title, while Vlad “dariepoker” Darie and Ilya “Leqenden” Anatskiy also reached the final table.

Over in the PLO Main Events, Austria’s “RhoNin9” topped the 409-entry $1K edition (#85-M) for $78,823, while Lithuania’s “karolukas263” clinched the $109 for $30,199, outlasting 1,777 entries.

Russia’s Andre “Premove” Skvortsov, who now plays from Bosnia and Herzegovina, clinched his 11th career SCOOP title in the $530 2-7 Single Draw PKO (#95-H), beating a 53-entry field to bank $8,950. “King153246” finished third, while Blaž “Scarmak3er” Žerjav placed fifth.

Brazil’s “Jbiancolini” won their maiden title last year and captured a second on Tuesday. They won the $530 Deep Stacks (#88-H) for $45,380.

Astedt vs Mattsson, GOAT vs GOAT?

TUESDAY, MAY 27

After a busy Main Event weekend, there’s a lot to catch up on, so let’s get right to it.

Huber won his first SCOOP title

First, let’s congratulate PokerStars Ambassador (and SCOOP League captain) Sebastian “peace&loove” Huber, who took down his first SCOOP title on Saturday. He’s up to five titles overall.

ASTEDT DENIES MATTSSON IN SUPER HIGH ROLLER

Astedt beat his good friend Mattsson

It was a battle of two Swedish superstars in the $15K Super High Roller (#90-H): Niklas “Lena900” Astedt against his good friend (and all-time SCOOP title leader) Simon “C. Darwin2” Mattsson.

One of the biggest buy-ins of the series, the event attracted 56 total entries to build a prize pool of $820,400. Just seven places were paid, with Ukraine’s “drew.derzh”, Ole “wizowizo” Schemion, Canada’s “yAAwn”, Brazil’s “Haringbuis”, and Argentina’s “avr0ra” all reaching the money.

Astedt and Mattsson battled heads-up after making a deal, and ultimately Astedt got the best of it, winning $233,310 and claiming his tenth career title, and first of the year. Mattsson fell just short of his fifth of the year (and 14th overall) and settled for $205,312.

An enormous $192,075 went to Finland’s Lauri “Lateski” Varonen who took down the $5K PLO Main Event (#85-H) a day earlier than expected. The event had 61 entries and provided Varonen with his maiden SCOOP title.

“FAL1st” is now a three-time winner this year, completing the hat trick in the $22 PLO PKO (#93-L). The event had 1,301 entries, and the Thailand-based Russian banked $3,032 for their eighth SCOOP title overall.

Rayan “Beriuzy” Chamas won his second title of 2025 in the $530 High edition of that event, besting 122 entries and earning $12,804. His first of the year came in the $1K PLO8 (#43-H) for $24,136.

Ilya “Leqenden” Anatskiy grabbed his seventh career SCOOP title after taking down the $2K NLHE (#90-M) for $62,971.

Fourth of the year for Mattsson, Talbot gets it done

FRIDAY, MAY 23

Usually, a PokerStars Ambassador winning a SCOOP title would be our top story of the day. But Simon “C. Darwin2” Mattsson can’t help but steal the headlines day after day.

simon mattsson

Simon Mattsson: Can’t stop, won’t stop winning

The Swedish superstar is on a record-setting tear this series, and he extended his lead as SCOOP’s all-time title winner on Thursday. His latest victory – his fourth of the year – came in the $530 NLHE (#67-H) for $33,544, topping a 367-entry field.

Mattsson now has 13 titles, putting him two wins ahead of his nearest rival, Benny “RunGodlike” Glaser. Just incredible stuff.

A second SCOOP win for Parker Talbot

That means news of Parker “tonkaaaa” Talbot’s second career title plays second fiddle. But Talbot won’t care about that. He took down the 47-entry $530 FLHE (#68-H) for $9,0278, one day after making two final tables (and finishing runner-up).

MORE MULTIPLE CHAMPS

Brazil’s “Piranha_n1” completed their 2025 hat-trick with a win in the $1K PKO Bount Builder SHR. The event had 299 entries and Piranha_n1 beat Andras “probirs” Nemeth heads-up to bank $25,115 plus $27,184 in bounties. Their previous titles came in the $530 Thursday Thrill (#29-M) for $72,637, and the $530 Sunday Cooldown (#07-H) for $29,442.

“FONBET_RULIT” became a multiple champion in the $530 PLO8 (#70-H), topping 125 entries to win $14,051. Their other 2025 title came in the same game – the $530 PLO8 (#37-H) – for $15,737. They now have four titles overall.

Two Finnish players won their second titles of the year, too. “realsuhisjii” came out on top in the $320 Hyper Mystery (#73-H) for $10,997 plus $15,702, while “wNwNw1” enjoyed a big score of $42,510 in the $1K 6-Max Turbo (#71-H).

PokerStars Ambassador Marle “MarlzTV” Spragg had a close call in the $215 Bounty Builder HR (#62-M), finishing fourth from 1,471 entries to win $8,500 plus $1062 in bounties. Argentina’s “Rankawer.bsp” took the title and $20,075, plus $21,546.

Two FT’s for Tonkaaaa, wins for Bruschi, Jeppsson, Botteon, Dimov

THURSDAY, MAY 22

Two close calls for Talbot

Parker “tonkaaaa” Talbot came close to winning his second SCOOP title on Wednesday, not once but twice.

The PokerStars Ambassador finished second in the $1K Razz (#63-H) for $11,575, denied by Brazil’s Renan “Internett93o” Bruschi, who took the title (his third overall) for $18,823. It was an interesting final table for SCOOP League followers, as joining Talbot and Bruschi on the final table were fellow picks Niclas “flushiisback” Thumm and Niklas “Lena900” Astedt.

Thumm placed third in that one, but also finished second in the $11 for $962 from 847 entries. “Desperado17” from Canada won it for $1,381.

Talbot then placed sixth in the 254-entry $109 edition for $1,074. “HajimeGabri.” from Brazil clinched it for $4,118 after a three-way deal.

NOTABLE RESULTS

Veteran grinder Christian “eisenhower1” Jeppsson finally clinched his first SCOOP title on Wednesday. The Swede – who has five WCOOP wins – took down the $530 Mystery Cooldown (#65-H) for $10,174 plus $14,756 in bounties, besting a 247-entry field and beating his compatriot “flerrehuve” heads-up.

Like Jeppsson, Bruno “botteonpoker” Botteon also didn’t have a SCOOP trophy despite three WCOOP titles under his belt. The Brazilian changed that with a victory in the $320 Deep Stacks (#60-H) for $30,465. The event had 560 entries, and Samuel “€urop€an” Vousden finished third for the second time this series.

Bruno “botteonpoker” Botteon

Ognyan “cocojamb0” Dimov became a three-time SCOOP champion when he beat his fellow Bulgarian “BalticMoose” heads-up in $320 PLO Mystery Bounty (#61-H) for $7,480 plus $15,207 in bounty prizes. Patrick “pads1161” Leonard finished fifth out of the 299 entries.

UK-based player “Stro0onG” picked up their second title in the $55 Mystery Cooldown for $11,355 (including bounties). Their first came in 2023 in a $11 6-Max Turbo for roughly the same amount.

And finally, a big congratulations to poker writer Jason “WacKyJaxon” Glatzer, who won the $11 Super Tuesday (#56-L) for $10,592, beating a huge 7,658-entry field for his first major online title.

Mattsson takes all-time lead, 10 for Schemion and Strebkov

WEDNESDAY, MAY 21

Mattsson is now the SCOOP’s all-time leader

Simon “C. Darwin2” Mattsson set a new precedent for SCOOP excellence on Tuesday, winning not only his third title of the year but his 12th overall, placing him at number one on SCOOP’s all-time leader board.

The Swede – widely regarded as one of the greatest tournament players of his generation, if not all time – pulled off the hat-trick on only the tenth day of the series, winning the 124-entry $1K Turbo PKO (#58-H) for $17,076 plus $11,133 in bounties. He beat Mexico-based Spaniard Sergi “srxakgirona” Reixach heads-up.

With his 12th title, Mattsson surpasses Benny “RunGodlike” Glaser on the all-time SCOOP leaderboard. But with plenty of action still to come, the race is far from over. It’s shaping up to be a thrilling ride.

The two largest prizes from Sunday’s session came in Event 42’s tournaments, which wrapped up on Monday.

“Staszor” of Belarus became the $215 Sunday Million champion, winning their maiden title after topping a 2,285-entry field for $168,678, the lion’s share of the $1.14M prize pool.

Leonard “Grozzorg” Maue also clinched his first title with victory in the $5K Titans. That tournament had 102 entries, and Maue banked $106,963 after defeating “hello_totti” heads-up after a heads-up chop. “FAL1st” now has seven SCOOP titles after winning the $11 PLO8 (#43-L) for $3,498, no small feat considering the tournament had 2,414 entries. This is their second of the year, and they almost made it three (see below).

STUD SERVES #10 FOR LEONARD

All three Stud Hi/Lo events (#30) produced news-worthy stories, most notably a tenth-career title for Patrick “pads1161” Leonard. He’s now the third multiple champion of the year after Mattsson and “sixsixxsix” thanks to his win in the $1K Stud for $16,158, besting a 52-entry field.

TEN FOR MATTSSON

Thursday, May 15

simon mattsson

Simon “C. Darwin2” Mattsson

He’s widely considered one of the best online tournament players in the game’s history, and now he’s a 10-time SCOOP champion.

Simon “C. Darwin2” Mattsson took down the $5K Super Tuesday High Roller on Wednesday for $107,964, besting 77 entries from many of the toughest players around. The Swede defeated Bosnia and Herzegovina’s “Ebaaa11” heads-up.

Mattsson is now tied with Calvin “cal42688” Anderson and Andre “Premove” Skvortsov on ten SCOOP titles, while Benny “RunGodlike” still leads with 11.

LIVE LIKE A KING

The Player of the Series frontrunner (and Team Spraggy member in SCOOP League) “King153246” was also on the $5K final table, finishing fifth for $33,979.

But he was busy taking down the $530 Deep Stack (#20-H) for $30,100, topping a 320-entry field and a final table that included Dalton “daltonhb” Hobold, Stevan “random_chu” Chew, and “ShipitFTW911”.

Incredibly, for a player who always crushes leader boards, this is King’s first SCOOP title.

IN OTHER NEWS…

Brazil’s Renan “Aziz.mancha” Aziz became a six-time SCOOP champ on Wednesday, winning the $215 6-Max Mystery Bounty (#21-H) for $14,852 plus $1947 in bounties.

Paul “Fold Machiii” Dando from the UK clinched his second career title in the $55 Turbo PKO (#26-M). The event had 2,741 entries, and Dando banked $8,558 plus $5,160 in bounties.

Lithuania’s Audrius “Stakelis24” Stakelis is now a four-time SCOOP winner, his latest coming in the $1K Turbo Fenomeno (#25-H) for $36,038.

TWO IN A NIGHT FOR SIXSIXXSIX

Wednesday, May 14

Talbot just missed out

UK-based player “sixsixxsix” pulled off an incredible achievement on Tuesday by winning two SCOOP titles in one night – moreover, two wins in the same event.

First, they took down the $530 NL 5-Card Draw PKO (#15-H), overcoming a 43-entry field and a final table that included “king153246” (3rd), “FAL1st” (5th) and Parker “Tonkaaaa” Talbot (6th) to win $3,816 plus $5,156 in bounties. Around 20 minutes later, they added the $55 Medium edition title too, adding $1,093 plus $1,573 to their bankroll. Not bad for a night’s work!

TITLE FOR TOTTI, TALBOT AND LEONARD DENIED

The $5K Bounty Builder Super High Roller (#09-H) attracted 79 entries to create a $395K prize pool, ending with a high-stakes stalwart winning their third career title. Russia’s “hello_totti” (playing from Mexico) topped the stellar line-up and banked $46,607 plus $73,906 in bounties ($120,513 total), building on their wins from 2019 and 2023. In doing so, they denied Austria’s “go4gunners” a second title of the year, forcing them to settle for $73,390 total.

Parker “tonkaaaa” Talbot was also denied his second career title heads-up, finishing second in the $1K HORSE (#10-H) for $11,828. “merla888” from Mexico took that one down for $17,364, besting 55 entries. The final nine was a murderer’s row, with “King153246”, Denis “aDrENalin710” Strebkov”, Niclas “flushiisback” Thumm, Matthew “MUSTAFABET” Ashton, Patrick “pads1161” Leonard, and Benny “RunGodlike” Glaser all making the money.

Speaking of Leonard, he almost became a two-time champ in 2025 but finished second in the $1K PKO (#11-H) for $24,293. Andorra’s “PeroQmaloSoy” got the title (their first) for $17,231 plus $27,176 in bounties.

SCOOP LEAGUE

FINAL SCORES (TUESDAY, JUNE 3)

Stop the count! It’s all over.

Sebastian Huber’s Team Peace&loove put on an extraordinary comeback to top the second annual SCOOP League, following his success in the inaugural WCOOP League back in October 2024.

Huber’s team’s numbers were bolstered thanks to last-gasp surges from Blaž “Scarmak3er” Žerjav (two titles in the last two nights of the series), and ‘FAL1st’, who won their fourth of the year on closing night. Both Andrei ‘Premove’ Skvortsov and Talal “raidalot” Shakerchi also picked up wins.

Congratulations!

Players who entered Team Peace&loove’s freeroll will now take part in an All-In Shootout with great tournament tickets up for grabs, including a $2,500 Silver Pass for the winner.

Having won the WCOOP League last year, Seb Huber returns for a new draft. We’re also thrilled to welcome Brazilian crusher Kelvin Kerber to the captain’s role. He’s an all-time COOP performer (eight SCOOP titles and counting), so he knows a thing or two about racking up points.

“It may be my first SCOOP league, but having won the WCOOP league, I fancy my chances, but I’m saving my talking for the tables,” said Huber.

Parker Talbot added: “I’d just like to remind Spraggy that you’re only as good as your last performance, and in the last league, he came sixth.”

When gearing up for a big concert tour, Beyoncé and the rest of Destiny’s Child didn’t just hit the studio, they hit the track. Yep, they’d run laps while singing their songs (true story – we saw it in a documentary once).

It didn’t just warm up their vocal cords. It also ensured they were in survivor mode and could go the distance, performing well every night and never running out of steam.

Now, we wouldn’t recommend running laps while playing poker tournaments on your phone or laptop. But we would recommend a warm-up for a big series like the Spring Championship of Online Poker, where millions of dollars are up for grabs, not to mention the prestige of becoming a SCOOP champion.

It will help you get into shape and perform your best when the lights shine brightest.

So, here’s your chance to prepare (and win SCOOP tickets for free with the Ticket Machine — more info on that below the schedule).

WHAT HAPPENED LAST YEAR?

The Spring Championship of Online Poker never disappoints. The 2024 series had everything: huge tournaments and prizes, the debut SCOOP League, and an epic Player of the Series race.

In the SCOOP Main Events, Mexico’s “Fakhish” defeated Canada’s Mark “AceSpades11” Radoja heads-up to win the $10K for $948,434 and their first SCOOP title. Meanwhile, Paulo “Pauilohpmoraes” Moraes of Brazil was triumphant in the $1K for $493,965, and “greatness_m” finished top in the $109 for $241,169.

Strebkov: 4 titles and Player of the Series in 2024

The leader boards went down to the wire before Thailand-based Russian crusher Denis “aDrENalin710” Strebkov clinched the overall top spot. He’s phenomenal every year, but in 2024 Strebkov was something else. He won an incredible four titles and managed four min-cashes on the final night of play to defeat his countryman (and student) “Fal1st” by just five points. Those five points were worth $25,000, as that’s what Strebkov has earned for being the best player across the series.

Popular English pro Patrick “pads1161” Leonard is no stranger to leader board success and added a new feather to his cap by winning the 2024 SCOOP ‘High’ tier for $15,000. The Medium table was won by Brazil’s “tgrigoletti” for $10,000, while “king153246” topped the Low tier for $5,000.

WHICH PLAYERS HAVE THE MOST TITLES?

There were lots of movers and shakers throughout the 2024 series, but even Strebkov’s four wins couldn’t bring him close to the top of the all-time titles list.

Find out which poker players have won the most SCOOP titles here.
