UK player hits one-in-a-million Spin & Go jackpot to turn $25 into $500K
Imagine being able to genuinely say “I’m one in a million,” and have it not be a delusion of grandeur, but actually factually correct.
That’s the new reality for UK PokerStars player “visiontechno”, who on Friday, September 11, entered a $25 Spin & Go Max tournament that triggered the jackpot multiplier, creating a $650,000 prize pool. They then won it for the top prize of $500,000, while all six players received a share of the remaining $150,000 prize pool.
These maximum jackpots are a one-in-a-million occurrence, but that only makes what’s been happening on PokerStars recently even more extraordinary.
There has been a remarkable amount of big-money Spin & Go wins of late, as the popular format continues to deliver massive prizes from small buy-ins.

UK player “Gwaugh1”, Argentina’s “Anatsuk334” and Denmark’s “dillerfar19” all joined the PokerStars Spin & Go millionaire club in quick succession, with each tournament paying out $1.2 million in total prizes.

Before play starts, three spinners show three potential prizes for the tournament’s eventual winner. When play ends, the prizes are shuffled and hidden. The winner picks one of the prizes at random, adding even more excitement to the game.
