Market Rasen

TomorrowBumperClass 12m

A good renewal of this mares' listed bumper in which it is very difficult to ignore the claims of THE FLAGGY SHORE, who looked ready for this level when scoring in fine style on her Rules debut at Warwick in November. Red Wine Supernova only won a 4-runner event at Sedgefield but did it readily and ought to have better to come, while Galaxy Star, Katios Queen and Lady Litigator all require respect, too.

£36,000 4-y-o, Hillstar filly. Dam unraced half-sister to useful hurdler (winner up to 3m) Abbey Lane. Easily won sole start in Irish points and looked potentially useful at the very least when scoring in impressive fashion on her Warwick bumper debut. Good prospect.

Ignored in the betting (18/1) but it didn't prevent her making a winning debut (form worked out) at Fontwell in October. Fared best of those held up in listed bumper at Huntingdon subsequently and must enter calculations.

Kingston Hill filly. Half-sister to fairly useful hurdler/useful chaser Moroder. Dam unraced. Disputing lead when fell 2 out only outing in Irish points and quickened up well to take a steadily-run bumper in ready fashion at Sedgefield (16.8f) 3 weeks ago. Better to come.

Maxios filly. Dam unraced sister to useful hurdler (stayed 25f) The Organist. Made a successful debut when seeing off the penalised Galaxy Start in game fashion at Newbury (16.3f) last month. Worse off with rival now but she looks promising nonetheless.

Kapgarde filly out of a maiden jumper in France, herself a half-sister to French hurdle Isle Enchantee. Well on top at the finish when making a winning debut in 15-runner event at Exeter (16.7f) 6 weeks ago but this is much tougher.

Malinas mare. Sister to useful hurdler Yellow Car. Won completed start in Irish points (Mar 2025) and showed encouraging speed considering her breeding to make a successful bumper debut in 14-runner event at Ludlow (15.8f, good to soft) 44 days ago. Worth a shot at this level.

From a very good family and knew her job when making a winning start at Stratford (9/1) in October, finding a better turn of foot than the jumping-bred runner-up. Built on that promise when narrowly denied under a penalty by Lady Litigator at Newbury and must be taken seriously.

£100,000 3-y-o, No Risk At All filly. Half-sister to bumper winner/fair 3m hurdle winner Walk In The Brise. Made an encouraging start to her career behind The Flaggy Shore at Warwick but has plenty on to reverse the form.

£80,000 Jukebox Jury mare. Dam (h113), bumper/2m-2½m hurdle winner, half-sister to multiple bumper winner/useful hurdle winner Morning Run. Irish pointer winner at second attempt who showed plenty to work on when second to a good prospect at Catterick last month. This demands a good deal more.
