Snagged back from the wide gates at his two runs back and returned good closing splits on both occasions to go under narrowly. Won't know himself with the 52.5kg from the good gate. Should prove too strong for these. SUNSHINEINMYPOCKET (13) comes up from Victoria in sound form with his hoof on the till. Went back from the awkward barrier when he chipped away late to run fifth over 1400m at Ballarat. Sharp weight drop with the claim and shapes as a top-three player. MICKEY'S MEDAL (15) looked good in his two runs back and brings the right figures to play a leading role. Look for him doing his best work late.
