DECARBONISE (5) showed good early speed from the inside draw last time and stalked the lead before fading to finish sixth over 1800m at Gold Coast. Will be handy in the run and should prove hard to run down. HALF MOON ROO (12) was well in commission last time out but could only manage to finish seventh over 1600m at Nanango in a disappointing performance. Needs to be at her best to beat this field but she is up to the challenge. GOLD DAZZLER (1) was too good for a maiden field last start over 1400m at Gatton, scoring by a nose. Tougher task this time but expected to be competitive again.
