DRACARYS (4) has been racing well on wet tracks and was runner-up at Ascot Park just over 5 weeks ago. The key here is Tina Comignaghi taking over the reins, and she is ready to go one better. STEEZY (7) won a trial before being rolled as a hot favourite fresh up at Timaru nearly 6 weeks ago. She cops a wide gate, but can still bounce back and take this out. SUNSHINE (9) won an Ashburton trial before finishing sixth there fresh up from a spell 6 days ago. The quick backup is a very good sign from her stable, and she will be hard to hold out. CALL TO ARMS (1) has won both of his public trials very easily, and only needs some luck from a wide gate to be hard to beat on debut. Check the market moves. ASK ARCHIE (2) will make his debut from a handy gate after winning his most recent trial. A good draw is an advantage, and in a very nice field, he has to be a top four chance as well.
