UNDERCUT (10) makes his stable debut for the Brisbourne camp and while he showed little in his first two starts, he looks to have come on nicely during the break, scoring stylishly in a recent Tatura trial. Drawn well and is a chance to trouble the favourite. HOT TODDY (5) finds it hard to break the maiden but has competitive efforts scattered through his form. His last run before the break was a minor placing here in a strong maiden, so he can sneak into the frame. CALPASTATIN (7) was doing his best work late when resuming into third here.
