Wide open with a host of capable looking first starters in the mix. BRINSON (1) has started once and was in the market and ran well, finishing fourth at Werribee. Wound up strongly after being beaten for speed and looks suited here by the extra ground. SWEET FARNAN (9) ran on well fresh to place then got beaten a furlong in heavy ground. Just forget that and give another chance with firmer footing. ANGELOTTI (11) resumed from a long break with an eye-catching fourth at Cranbourne. Fitter and expected to be in the finish. KIWI HARMONY (5) ran well at both starts in first campaign and returns on the back of a jump-out win. Doubt she will be a maiden long. OUR ALEXA (13) gave a sight on debut and was just swamped late. Fitter and can give a sight at odds from the low draw.
