Take a look at the latest qualifying leader boards, find out how they work, learn more about the Spin & Go Championship Live, and more.
The first of three qualifying periods for the Spin & Go Championship Live Paris came to an end yesterday (Sunday, November 3), and that means we have our first two qualifiers from the PokerStars .COM client.
Ukraine’s “Raduga27” stormed away with it, topping the leader board with a mighty 4,870 — almost a thousand points more than their closest rival. Raduga27 took the lead on Friday, October 24 and held it the rest of the way.
In second place with 3,995 points, we have Argentina’s “Pastabass”. Assuming both players can make it to Paris in February, they are the first two to book their seats in the exclusive live event.
But if you finished in the top 1,000, you’re still in with a shot.
The top 1,000 will compete in an exclusive freeroll, with two more packages going to the top two finishers.
Take a look through the leader board below and see if you made it! (You’ll find the current leader board for the second qualifying period just below it).

Spin & Go’s are also very beginner-friendly, with short yet sweet games and plenty of room to learn and improve quickly.
So, whether you’re a loyal Spin grinder or a casual player looking for a shot at live poker glory, this could be the event for you.
You don’t need to be a pro to get there, and you’ve got multiple shots at winning a full package to the event.
NEXT STOP: PARIS
From Monday, October 20, players wanting to take their shot at the title in Paris will be able to play Spin & Go tournaments online on the .COM PokerStars client for the chance to win a package to play the Spin & Go Championship Live in Paris.
And after what we witnessed in Spain, you won’t want to miss out.
Without a doubt, the Barcelona edition was a resounding success, with 81 qualifiers and invitees battling through four rounds of three-handed games. The tournament’s winner, Guilherme Kleist, was the first to secure his place in the Paris event, where he will aim to defend his title.
“We’re really excited about how the Spin & Go Championship Live has captured the imagination of our players”, said Sebastian Pico, Associate Director of Key Account Management. “The atmosphere, the arena and the format gave a great additional buzz to everything else going on at the EPT and we can’t wait to make it even better in Paris next year.”
Based on the popular online format, the inaugural live Spin & Go Championship took place at EPT Prague in December 2024, and following a successful second edition, it will visit its third country next year. The poker community has already responded with delight to the news that the French capital will host the EPT again after a year’s enforced hiatus, and the addition of another Spin & Go Championship will make the festival even more special.
HOW TO QUALIFY
The first qualifying period is about to begin with the first eight Spin & Go Championship Live packages up for grabs.
PLEASE NOTE: 4 x packages are open to everyone, 4 x packages for PokerStars Select members
So, what do you need to do?
Simply hit the Spin & Go tables on PokerStars to earn random points on daily and fortnightly leader boards.
HOW THE LEADER BOARD WORKS
REMEMBER – you don’t need to win the Spin to earn points.
Every time you play a Spin & Go within the dates below, you’ll be randomly awarded between 100 and 195 points. The lower the multiplier of the Spin, the better your chances of scoring more points.
You’ll earn points for each tournament you play until “Game Over” is displayed. The more you play, the higher the risk of Game Over–but you’re allowed three attempts to build a big score per day.
Your best attempt of each day will count towards a daily leader board and an overall leader board.
QUALIFICATION PERIODS
Monday 20 October to Sunday 3 November (4 x packages open to everyone, 4 x packages for Select)
Monday 3 November to Sunday 16 November (4 x packages open to everyone, 4 x packages for Select)
Monday 17 November to Sunday 30 November (4 x packages open to everyone, 4 x packages for Select)
WHAT YOU CAN WIN
The Daily leader boards will award $5,000 in cash — certainly not to be sniffed at.
But it’s the top two finishers on the overall fortnightly leader board who win the big prize.
Those two finishers from each qualifying period will win full packages to Paris, where they’ll compete in the Spin & Go Championship Live.
The remaining top 1,000 players in the fortnightly leader board will compete in an exclusive freeroll, with two more packages going to the top two finishers.
Good news, then. Even if you don’t have an amazing run but still manage to finish in the 1,000, you’re in with a shot.
WHAT MAKES THIS EVENT SPECIAL?
There are so many elements that make the Spin & Go Championship Live special.
This is a one-of-a-kind event. The frenetic nature of Spin & Go’s in the live arena provides an atmosphere akin to a live e-sports event, where fast-paced poker action is combined with an easy-to-follow score system.
James Hartigan called the action from the tournament floor in Barcelona
It’s also a ton of fun. In both Prague and Barcelona, big crowds gathered to witness the matches take place, creating a fun-filled atmosphere for both players and railbirds alike.
Then there are the huge prizes involved – staggering considering this is essentially a freeroll for the qualifiers.
- No direct buy-in – All seats must be won online at PokerStars
- Unique scoring system – Simple and intuitive
- Fast-paced format – Designed for a thrilling competition
- High-value packages – Including travel and expenses
- eSports-style atmosphere – Fan-friendly and easy to follow
WHAT HAPPENED IN BARCELONA?
Back in December 2024, Brazil’s Guilherme Kleist was in Prague to compete in the Spin & Go Championship Live, the first event of its kind. He brought his wife along for support, but unfortunately for the 30-year-old Spin & Go pro, things didn’t go his way.
Fast forward nine months to September 2025, and boy, did they go his way in Barcelona. After winning another package and spending two days relentlessly spinning through the field, Kleist was crowned the Spin & Go Championship Live champ, winning the second and much larger edition for €75,000, plus €5,500 in bonus Spinner prizes, plus an incredible trophy.
Guilherme Kleist is the defending champ
His better half, Rafaela Figueiredo, was not only on the rail supporting him–she was also a qualifier and took part in the tournament. The couple gave us one of the best stories of the event–and one that lasted until the final card was dealt.
To get the job done, Kleist had to defeat his fellow Brazilian João Nascimento, a 28-year-old from Rio Grande do Norte, and Krystian Lisowski, a Thailand-based 30-year-old from Poland. All three play Spin & Go’s professionally, so this was no easy match.
The buzz in Barcelona was electric
“It’s more about the accomplishment than the money,” Kleist said after his victory. And when asked if he was going to defend his title in Paris next year, he let there be no mistake: “For sure.”
