Hurdles winner last spring who had clearly learnt from his chase debut experience when off the mark in 6-runner handicap at Newcastle (2m) in November. Impressed with how he went through the race then and a 7 lb rise doesn't look enough to stop him.

Posted best effort in this sphere when winning 7-runner handicap Kelso (good to soft) in October. Creditable third back there since despite a bad mistake 3 out. His tendency to hit the one is a concern but he might still provide the main threat to Powerofjet.

Modest maiden hurdler. Fit from points but could only a manage a well-held fourth on C&D chase debut last month. Being dropped 3 lb can only help but it's still not enough to tempt.

Found some improvement fitted with hood when making all in 2m course handicap hurdle last January. Promising third in a C&D chase the following month and shaped a bit better than being pulled up suggests on last month's C&D reappearance after wind surgery. Entitled to strip fitter.

Landed back-to-back course handicap hurdles over 20.5f last February. Hasn't managed to reproduce that form switched to fences this winter (well-held fourth at Hexham latest). Starting to look well treated on hurdles form but need to see more.
