Out of a 2½m-3m hurdle winner, herself a half-sister to fair hurdler/chaser (stayed 2¾m) Special Token and useful chaser (stayed 23f) Pressurize. Yard's record in bumpers isn't particularly compelling but he needs a close look in the betting with Sean Bowen booked.

Jeu St Eloi gelding. Brother to fairly useful 15f French hurdle winner Sainte Candy and half-brother to 4 winners, including smart hurdler/high-class chaser Pic d'Orhy. Rare UK runner for Irish-based trainer and worth monitoring in the betting.

£24,000 3-y-o, Malinas gelding. Dam, fairly useful 2m-3m hurdle winner, half-sister to fairly useful hurdler/useful chaser (stayed 2¼m) Locker Room Talk. Yard is hardly a frequent source of bumper winners but market can prove best guide.

Dartmouth gelding. Dam (h123), ungenuine bumper/2m-2¾m hurdle winner, closely related to useful hurdler/smart chaser (stayed 3¼m) Annsam who this yard had success with. Betting can guide with stable also saddling Mighty Mass.

Telescope gelding. Dam 19f hurdle winner (stayed 2¾m), half-sister to fairly useful hurdler/useful chaser (stayed 25f) Lamanver Pippin out of fairly useful hurdler/useful chase winner (successful up to 3m) Lamanver Homerun. No shortage of stamina in his pedigree and could be a longer-term project.

£20,000 3-y-o, Hillstar gelding. Closely related to a winner, and half-brother to 4 winners, including bumper winner/useful hurdler Flash The Steel. Makes appeal on paper and booking of Harry Cobden catches the eye for yard who have finished second with three of their last 4 bumper runners.

Out of a French bumper winner and wore hood/tongue tie when well held eighth on bumper debut at Saint-Jean-De-Monts in August 2024 on sole start for A. Boisbrunet. Hood retained and only considered if supported on stable debut/reappearance.

Circus Maximus gelding. Dam fair hurdle winner around 2m (stayed 19f), also 7f-1¼m winner who stayed 13f on Flat. Bred to handle this sort of test and worth a market check on racecourse bow.

Cloth of Stars gelding. Half-brother to numerous winners, including multiple bumper winner/fairly useful hurdler Coquelicot and fairly useful hurdler Heartbreak City. Dam, 13f winner. Has had wind surgery (wears tongue strap) prior to this debut but looks one of the more interesting types on paper.

Out of a sprinter but from a family with jumpers in it. Looked backward on debut when well beaten in a Newbury bumper (66/1) 18 days ago and is likely to need more time.
