WISER (6) has switched from a top Victorian stable and has been freshened 59 days. Resumed with a 3L defeat at Traralgon after settling back, and also went well enough at Mornington on debut to say this is winnable with the extra fitness. Draws an inside barrier and is well-placed with the handy 3kg claim. SPEED OF GOLD (4) has switched from a Scone yard in a 42-day return. Draws the inside gate and has the blinkers on again. Has pieces of form that stand up, and he's likely to race well. KING'S CHAOS (5) debuts and has to be kept safe. The trials have been nothing to write home about, but Heywood is a key jockey engagement. Maps well and deserves a betting watch. Ditto TALISTIANA (10), who resumes for a new stable. Raced greenly throughout at Cranbourne on debut and has a tricky barrier to contend with here.
