SHAPENAPIT (8) goes on top. She'd trialled well leading into her debut at Mornington when well backed for the Begg yard, finding the line strongly there over this trip in a most encouraging effort. She stays at 1000m which is the little niggle, but she'll be better for that experience and can get the job done. GRAMMY'S SUNSHINE (1) resumes. Two runs across two campaigns have left a bit to be desired but they've been in much stronger races behind subsequent Group 1 placegetters. She's been jumping out well leading in and looks a likely improver. OSTROM (5) is a filly by Capitalist on debut for the Hayes yard. She's won a jumpout leading in and looks ready to go. PER FAVORE (6) is a Per Incanto filly on debut for the Freedman yard who has been jumping out well and draws ideally, respecting. HEY KLEINE MAUS (3) is an Earthlight filly for the Bedggood yard who also warrants respect with Williams booked from a good draw.
