He just went down narrowly at Sandown Lakeside last time and gets in well here after the claim. He'll push forward and can outlast his rivals. LARIO (5) improved nicely to take a BM62 at Geelong second up, settling on speed and finding enough in reserve to score by a neck. He'll be fitter again and can measure up. DIAMOND GUST (10) has been solid in two runs back from a spell, beaten as favourite last time at Sale when just getting too far back in a slowly run race. Drawn wide here likely sees him back again but he's good enough. ADJUDICATE (13) resumes. He'll get over further but has some ability and can figure. PERFECT ENDING (7) did enough fresh in a stronger race here and has to be considered.
