VOS SAVANT (9) was nudged out in a CL3 at Eagle Farm and then went back and did a good job beaten 2L over 1500m, after settling at the rear. She can sit closer today and deserves another chance. ARATIRI (11) looked a run short beaten 2L here first-up in a CL4. Races forward and has more to give over the longer sprint. Well in the mix. DOWNEY (2) has been busting to win. Impressed from the back in a Toowoomba 70 last time and from a better barrier, should be around the mark. ORIENTE (1) rates similarly, and his Eagle Farm win two back reads well.
