Gets 3kg off from the favourable draw and should be going very close to breaking the maiden status. PEAK MISS (12) has gotten better with each run this time in and looks to be building up to a maiden victory. Can find the winners' circle. DASHING MARS (8) next in line from the inside alley. Resumed at the Gold Coast on Dec 27 where he stuck on solidly enough over 1400m. Will have taken valuable fitness from that outing. MADAME CODY (11) is another coming into this contest second run from a spell after she led and faded over 1300m at Toowoomba.
