WINNING REVOLUTION (1) doesn’t win out of turn but caught the eye here last week when rattling home into fourth. Keeps the claimer aboard to offset the big weight and will take plenty of stopping if close enough at the turn. BRISTLER (3) has rediscovered consistency with strong on-pace finishes. Had the better of Winning Revolution last start and now finally draws a gate over a trip he relishes. Will take plenty of running down. MESROUR (5) has been well below his best in his last two but the blinkers go on for the first time, which could spark sharp improvement. THE MAGISTRATE (6) began the campaign in good order but has failed to fire in his last two. Worth another chance on best form. SIR LEAPALOT (9) hasn’t won for a long time but returned in good style at Strathalbyn. Faces a tougher test but gets in light at the weights and is drawn to get all the favours. Each-way claims.
