PRINCE LEVI (3) took on a staying trip for the first time last start and did a good job to work home well into third in a similar race to this at Doomben. Suited by the longer run home here and with that last run under the belt is going to be tough to hold out. TEXAS FIREBALL (2) opened this prep with three solid efforts before finding the opposition a bit rich in a quality handicap last time out at Eagle Farm. Tested over this sort of trip once and scored at Grafton last prep. Ready to find peak form in this suitable race. ARCHER'S GAME (1) boxed on gamely to grab a minor prize on New Year's Day over 1800m at this track. Query on her ability to run a strong 11 furlongs but cannot be dismissed. TECHNA (10) stepped up sharply to 2150m at Ipswich last start and was strong through the line, beaten just over a length after coming from well back. One to watch for late in the piece under just 52kgs. ENTERPRISE PRIVATE (4) is in rare form and can win again despite a spike in the weights.
