EMPUSA (2) was well in commission before disappointing in the heavy going when sixth over 1600m at Coffs Harbour. Earlier runs had merit and shapes as the main danger. NOMOMEIKUSHI (6) ploughed through the Heavy 10 going to shed her Maiden tag at start two over 1200m at Coffs Harbour. Gibbons sticks from the good gate and not to be overlooked. DARN DEADLY (5) fitter for recent racing and looks close to a win after finishing fifth over 1400m at Mudgee last time. Don't underestimate. MAGGIE SPARKLES (8) comes into this off a solid second over 1300m at this track last time but further improvement is required if she is to be competitive.
