What is Triple Zero Roulette?

October 12, 2021

Most roulette players know the difference between the most popular two variants, American and European: the European wheel features one green pocket (0) whereas the American contains two, a 0 and 00. You may be surprised to find out that there is another version of Roulette which actually a third green pocket: 000.

The rules of Roulette remain the same on a Triple Zero wheel, but the odds are slightly different. Because this version’s wheel contains a zero, double zero, and triple zero pocket, the chance of landing a single number is 38/1 and the house edge is higher.

The game is not commonly available in either land-based or online casinos, but it certainly makes for an interesting change for players who are used to seeing just one or two green segments whizzing round the Roulette wheel.
