SQUARE CUT (3) won a string of races before being safely held in the Pioneer Sprint last time. Beaten only four lengths behind Dakota Lee and will find this many grades easier. Gets chance to atone. REAL VALENTIA (4) has been freshened since finishing runner-up at Tennant Creek latest. Drops nicely in the weights and looks a danger. POMPEII EMPIRE (5) ran fifth in the same race as Real Valentia last time. Best form stacks up nicely and deserves another chance. LUSKIN HERO (2) is going well for the new yard and off the inside will take catching. DEMIQUAVER (6) next best and can sneak a place with the right run.
