Resumed from 6 months off with an improved second of 10 for new yard (formerly with Nigel Tinkler) at Wetherby in May and has remained in good form since, well drawn but beaten only by a next-time-out winner when second of 10 in handicap (5/4) at Redcar (7f, good) 17 days ago.

Newcastle scorer last autumn who bounced back to best with his return behind him when a close third at Thirsk (7f, good to soft) in April. Returned to form in first-time headgear when travelling as well as any to finish third of 18 in handicap (10/1) at Doncaster (1m, good to firm) 22 days ago.

(Enjoyed a tremendous 2025, winning 3 times over C&D. Producing his most encouraging effort of this campaign when coming from off a steady pace to finish fifth of 9 in handicap at this course (1¼m, soft) 17 days ago. Will likely need to step forward from that again.

Offered little in 3 novices last season for Gary Rutherford but much more encouragement on his return/yard debut when 1¼ lengths third of 9 to Hunterian in handicap at this C&D (soft, 12/1) 17 days ago.

Free-going type who came out on top in a tight finish at C&D in May but in-and-out across 3 starts since. Only 1 lb above that winning mark with first-time cheekpieces now applied.

Standout effort when second at Thirsk (1m) in 2025 and produced his most encouraging effort since in a first-time tongue strap when fifth of 8 in handicap at Carlisle (7f, good) 21 days ago. Will need to build on that even further.

Brought along steadily in maidens by Daniel McLoughlin but didn't show anything more when 8½ lengths seventh of 9 to Hunterian on yard/handicap debut at this C&D (soft, 17/2) 17 days ago.

Phoenix Of Spain filly who showed promise on her first 2 starts when placed in novices at Southwell and Wolverhampton. Had a breathing operation but went like a non-stayer upped to 1¼m on handicap debut at Doncaster last month. Mark still looks on the stiff side despite the drop back in trip.

Winner of weak maiden at Ripon last summer and placed in only 1 of her 8 subsequent handicap outings, only finishing ahead of one rival across 3 starts so far this season. Tongue strap and cheekpieces go on.

Yet to score in 2026 but plenty of creditable efforts on all-weather, though he's never looked quite so effective on turf and finished down the field on the surface on his last 2 outings.
