MERLIN BEACH (2) was a strong maiden winner four back and has wound up strongly in the three runs since. Ran on well only try here and looks tough to stop again. TURBO CHOOK (1) went back early from his wide draw this course and distance last time but hit the line strongly to finish fourth. Sure to be tough to hold out. FRUIT OF DE VINE (7) switches to synthetic for the first time. Finished in the money two runs back and followed that with an unplaced effort, beaten 1.4 lengths, over 1200m on turf at Hobart. Low draw and nice weight. In the mix. NUNKERI (3) finished second at this track two runs back but couldn't cross from wide out last time over 1350m at this track, finishing 6 lengths back in eighth. Drawn a shade better and with an easier run can give a sight. SAY IT WITH WORDS (8) wasn't far away latest and can hit the frame with the right run.
