RIPS LAW (3) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1204m at Port Macquarie, beaten 7 lengths into seventh. Likely improver with strong prospects. SHRIMPTON (8) is a three-year-old filly who is having her first run for the Nick Keal yard. Hasn't raced since finishing tenth at Moe ten weeks ago. Not seen at the trials but looks well placed. Should feature in the finish. BOHO BELLE (6) is a two-start maiden who finished fifth, beaten 7 lengths, when resuming from a spell last start over 1200m at Kilcoy. Bold showing expected with added fitness this time. STRYKE AN ICON (9) turned in a much better run at her second appearance last time out when 6 lengths from the winner in fifth over 1200m at Tamworth. Progressive type who is nearing a win.
