LEGASELLI (6) was in the market first-up last start over 1100m at Hawkesbury but found them a bit slick and was never in contention. Better placed out to this trip with that run under the belt. Big chance to break through in a mediocre affair. SWITCH ON (5) started in the red when fresh from a spell over 1300m at Scone last time out but couldn't pick up the winner after coming from worse than midfield on the bend. Will take a lot from that run and over a slightly longer journey looks a serious threat. CHAMPAGNE BABY (2) is a first starter from the Richard and Will Freedman yard. Did a better job at her most recent trial so looks to be getting the idea. Worth monitoring for market moves. COOL LEDGER (7) made a mid-race move to put herself into the race then battled on well for fourth over this course and distance last start. Should be in contention again. Hard to get excited about the others, headed by WATCH ME TANGO (8) who might need the 1400m now.
